Are you ready to take part in the competition and test your skills? Join the Sit & Go Chess Tournament and compete for great awards while gaining USCF rating points. Our sit & go chess tournaments offer a fun and competitive environment for chess players of all levels.

Rated Sections:
Primary Swiss
K-3 Under 500 (4 rounds) Designed for K-3 students with an unrated or a rating below 500.
Elementary Swiss
K-7 Under 800 (4 rounds): Open to K-7 students with an unrated or a rating below 800.
Championship Swiss
K-12 Under 1200 (4 rounds): Open to K-12 students with an unrated or a rating below 1200.

EVENT OVERVIEW:
4 rounds of Swiss, G/25 +5.
This chess tournament is only for players in grades K-12. It requires USCF Membership. All 4 games are USCF rated. USCF ratings and age will be used for pairings.
TIME CONTROL:
All sections will be G/30 or G/25; d5
ENTRY FEE:
The fee is $50 until 9/14, $55 until 9/20, and $60 after 9/21. On-site registration is allowed, but participants may not be allowed to play in the first round.
PRIZES:
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 players in all sections, along with a trophy for the best team. Additionally, any player who scores 3 or more points but doesn’t win a trophy will receive a medal.
ROUNDS:
The tournament will begin at 12:30pm and continue as soon as possible. A single half-point bye is available for any round, including the final round. All players will participate in 4 rounds.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Chesskiddo Chess Tournaments:
If you need to cancel your tournament registration after paying the entry fee:
1. You can receive a full credit for a future tournament if you notify us of your withdrawal at least 24 hours before the scheduled tournament day.
2. Alternatively, you may request a refund, which will be subject to a deduction of $10 per registered player as a registration fee.
To request cancellations, please send an email to info@chesskiddo.com, ensuring that it reaches us no later than 24 hours prior to the tournament day.
